Introducing Sherpa'licious — your delightful "something blue" for any special occasion. Built in 1976, this van isn't just vintage; it's a slice of history. Lovingly restored in 2023, Sherpa'licious is one of the extremely rare Great British Leyland Sherpa Pollocks vans, a gem with only one other known counterpart in the country. What makes her truly stand out? She retains her original, charming chimes—a quirky reminder of her storied past. Sherpa'licious is more than just an ice cream van; she's a mobile piece of heritage that brings joy wherever she goes.

Over 35 delicious flavours of ice cream and sorbets are made using fresh milk, double cream and the finest natural ingredients. As an example, the award winning ‘Elderflower and Gooseberry’ ice cream is made using local Belvoir elderflower cordial and fresh local gooseberries. All flavours are suitable for vegetarians and the majority are gluten free (please ask me for allergen advice for further information). All the flavours are tried and tested by the team and our loyal customers. We have a diabetic range and low fat alternatives made without cream.

This year also marked an important milestone , Jenni and Ice Cream turned 5! What began as one vintage bike has grown into a fleet of options, all united by the same mission: to make your special moments unforgettable. And the celebrations don’t stop there. In 2026, Sherpa’licious turns 50. Half a century since this classic van first rolled off the line, and still delighting crowds today, we can’t wait to honour her vintage charm throughout the season ahead. We’re proud to continue holding a 5-star Google rating, with thoughtful reviews that mean the world to us. Your support and kind words have kept us rolling, and we’re so grateful.
