Lovingly restored in 2023, Sherpa'licious is one of the extremely rare Great British Leyland Sherpa Pollocks vans, a gem with only one other known counterpart in the country. What makes her truly stand out? She retains her original, charming chimes—a quirky reminder of her storied past. Sherpa'licious is more than just an ice cream van; she's a mobile piece of heritage that brings joy wherever she goes.

Over 35 delicious flavours of ice cream and sorbets are made using fresh milk, double cream and the finest natural ingredients. As an example, the award winning ‘Elderflower and Gooseberry’ ice cream is made using local Belvoir elderflower cordial and fresh local gooseberries. All flavours are suitable for vegetarians and the majority are gluten free (please ask me for allergen advice for further information). All the flavours are tried and tested by the team and our loyal customers. We have a diabetic range and low fat alternatives made without cream.

Menu board: The same captivating design will be duplicated on the menu board, ensuring a cohesive and personalised touch to your ice cream station, ice cream cups and waffle cone sleeves. Your custom logo will also adorn the ice cream cups / sleeves, adding a special touch to every serving.
